After graduating from Binghamton University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Rhetoric, Lauren began her career in Communications with Virgin Atlantic. Following that, Lauren joined Major League Baseball, where she started the Entertainment Communications team, produced a national concert series, and brought MLB Network to market. Lauren is now the Head of Consumer Communications for YouTube, and previously led communications for YouTube Originals and worked on consumer communications for Google product areas including Google Play Music and Google Search.

About Lauren:

  • Played Division I Softball for Binghamton, was a two year Captain, and represented her conference at the NCAA level
  • Spent a summer learning and traveling around Spain during her time at BU
  • Serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ+ organization in the country, where she’s volunteered for over a decade
