If you are interested in project management, technology, operations, and working with customers, the Technical Account Manager role may be a good fit for you. In this role you will manage installation projects, train STCR customers on how to use their system, and travel throughout the Northeast and beyond working with supermarket owners.

If you are interested in sales and account management, STCR has openings for Outside Sales Representatives across several key geographies: New England, Mid Atlantic, and Pittsburgh/Ohio. In this position you will manage a territory, upsell existing customers and look for new supermarkets to sell our solutions to. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to sell a total solution and build rapport with our entrepreneurial customer base.

We also have remote support opportunities on our Help Desk. STCR’s Help Desk runs 24/7/365, supporting our customer base across the US and internationally, responding to system questions, fixing issues, providing best practices and much more. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in solving problems, has a technical background and a knack for customer service.
