The deadline to apply for the PepsiCo Kickstart Leadership Program is approaching. Through this immersive bootcamp, that will take place prior to or during the summer of 2023, participants get an inside look at the different business functions of a Fortune 50 company. Students will learn how to build a foundation for a successful career with PepsiCo, network with senior leaders and professionals, and may be considered for a Summer 2024 Internship upon completion. This program is designed for current sophomores that are graduating between December 2024-June 2025 and self-identify as Black or African-American and/or Hispanic or Latino with an indefinite right to work in the US. Applicants must be pursuing a Business or Engineering bachelor’s degree, have a strong interest in a career in the consumer packaged goods industry, and have demonstrated strong academic performance.
