As the first week of the semester fades and you’ve unpacked your bags and found where all your classes are it’s time to make some plans for the semester and beyond. I know it might feel crazy to even think this far but have you thought about applying for summer 2025 internships? You read that correctly—it’s listed as summer 2025. Did you know that from July to September is when major tech companies typically post their software engineering internships and early-career positions for the following summer (Summer 2025)? While March to May (early spring) is when medium and small companies are consistently posting job openings, including positions at tech firms and tech-related roles in various industries.
A fantastic way to find opportunities in the tech field is to join us at the Science, Research, Engineering/Tech Job & Internship Fair on Thursday, September 5th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Also, don’t forget that you have the opportunity to gain credit for a meaningful internship experience through Fleishman’s credit-bearing internship program (CDCI 395).
