Discovering the NSA: Cryptology, Cybersecurity, and Insights from ‘No Such Podcast

Did you know that the largest employer in the United States is the U.S. federal government, employing over 2 million civilian workers? 

A division of the federal government is The National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) leads the U.S. Government in cryptology that encompasses both signals intelligence (SIGINT) and information assurance (now referred to as cybersecurity) products and services and enables computer network operations (CNO) in order to gain a decision advantage for the Nation and our allies under all circumstances.

NSA’s first-ever podcast series, which debuted on September 5, 2024. As detailed in the NSA Daily on 29 August 2024, “No Such Podcast” will consist of eight episodes and is available on NSA’s YouTube page. The first two episodes feature an introduction to SIGINT and the facts behind the NSA’s cybersecurity mission. Other episodes will cover AI and its role in the future of national security, what it’s like working for the Agency, NSA’s cutting-edge research, NSOC, and women code makers and codebreakers.
