SparkPath Challenge Card Activity

Students use SparkPath Challenge Cards to identify problems or challenges they’re interested in solving. They reflect on themes and connections to their strengths and interests, then research related careers using O*Net and set goals for further career exploration.

Every Fleishman Career Center assignment/activity can be used in the classroom, as homework, or during a program/event. These assignments and activities can be fully customized to fit your needs.

  • Students will reflect on what motivates or disinterests them in different types of work
  • Students will use O*Net to research potential career paths connected to their chosen challenges
