BD Climber Engineer Leadership Development Program

Climbers Leadership Development
Program (CLDP) is a program designed to
develop well-rounded future leaders for the
Urology & Critical Care (UCC) business
unit. This two-and-a-half-year program
provides exposure to multiple functions
and product lines in the business, including
Quality Engineering, Research
and Development, Manufacturing,
Marketing, Innovation, and/or
Regulatory Affairs.
CLDP engineers are expected to learn
product development processes, be a
contributing member on high visibility
projects and take on stretch opportunities
in each role. Upon completion of the
program, CLDP engineers will have the
skills and tools necessary to be vital
contributors to the success of UCC and
future leaders at BD.
