Our Information Technology Rotational Development Program is an individualized career launch pad that offers this and a multitude of other opportunities:
- Obtain expertise in your desired technical and non-technical domains with 80% of your time dedicated to rotation work and 20% dedicated to growth and personal development
- Build an extensive internal and external network with each rotation having an Executive Sponsor, Rotation Sponsor, and designated mentorship
- Craft your leadership trademark with extensive visibility to senior leadership
- Two-year full-time rotational program consisting of three eight-month rotations. Rotations will be based in the Princeton, NJ area with potential international opportunities.
