Technology Development Program
As a part of our Technology Development Program (TDP), you will join a two-year cohort with an embedded support structure, learning and development journey, and community to accelerate your career and prepare you for success within your field. You are a full-time associate from day one; your experience across the two years will be diverse and full of learning opportunities!
This program has 3 tracks:
- Software Engineer (SDP)
- Data Engineer (DDP)
- Cybersecurity Engineer (CDP)
Operations Leadership Development Program
We are looking for bright and driven future leaders to join our accelerated Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) in our Service, Sales, Claims, and Specialty divisions. Our program is designed to support, guide, and challenge you to prepare for leadership in any of our competitive and growing lines of business.
Analyst Development Program
In the Analyst Development Program (ADP), you will experience four separate analyst rotational roles over a two-year program to give you exposure to multiple disciplines within the Office of Finance while working on high-performing teams. You will help drive our insurance business transformation as we redefine experience for our customers. The program will give you broad exposure across GEICO’s Office of Finance, gaining a foundational analyst skillset.
