Management Development Program
GEICO is looking for bright and driven future leaders to join our accelerated Management Development Program, for the Woodbury, Long Island, NY office. This entry-level, fast-track management training program is designed to develop future business leaders by providing participants with industry-leading training, hands-on experience, mentorship, management seminars, and other learning and leadership opportunities. Completion of these activities prepares participants for a future supervisory position and upward career trajectory at GEICO.
