As part of the Hilton Hospitality Attorney Rotational Program, you will have the opportunity to transform your education into fast-tracked career growth and development opportunities. By rotating through three (3) legal practice areas over the course of 18 months, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the in-house counsel world and get equipped with the broad exposure and skillset needed for a successful in-house legal career. Hilton Legal is an extremely global team and in-between or after the three rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to complete two one-month secondments in our EMEA and APAC corporate offices. Following the successful completion of the rotational program, you will be considered for placement as a full-time manager counsel within Hilton legal.
More specifically, you will:
- Participate in customized rotations in practice areas such as Litigation, Corporate, Labor Relations, Compliance and Privacy, Commercial Services and Brands, etc, and gain exposure to legal leaders and business executives
- Build an extensive network both internally and externally through mentorship, meetings with the Legal Leadership Team, and opportunities to connect with Hilton’s outside counsel firms
- Receive legal-specific training opportunities as well as resources offered by Hilton Corporate such as Hotel Immersion, Leadership Development Programs, etc.
