Students in their final year of their undergraduate or graduate degrees, studying at a highly ranked school for the sciences, may apply to our Rotational Associate program. The program consists of three, eight-month rotations in: Regulatory, Quality and Operations.
Top talent looking to fast-track application of their MBA studies are invited to apply to our Strategic Leadership Development Program. The program is for those who have just earned their MBA and consists of two, year-long rotations in various parts of our business which provide interesting, complex challenges as well as visibility to executives.
Minimum GPA of 3.5. Strong analytical, organizational and technical skills are expected. Demonstrated track record of success in prior internship and leadership experience is required.
