The JELD-WEN Early Career Rotational Program empowers talented new graduates to explore different roles and specialties in one of six strategic business areas. The program offers rotations through various aspects of one chosen discipline in order to enhance and grow awareness of how that area contributes to achieving business results. The program also provides professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities to grow the participant’s future leadership potential. Upon completion of the two-year program, successful participants will be selected for critical roles within JELD-WEN.
During this two-year rotational program, participants will move through four, six-month rotations all within their chosen discipline. Each rotation provides the opportunity to learn and experience a different aspect of the business cycle and develops a greater awareness of the interactions between department areas. The program’s goal is to build a pipeline of early-career talent who understand and are exposed to multiple aspects of JW.
