The LEDA Career Network extends our leadership development efforts that currently run from high school through college by addressing the impact of income inequality in the area of career development. This initiative serves as a complement to the LEDA Scholars Program and broadens our reach by preparing additional high-achieving, under-resourced students to lead in a broad array of professional pathways.
The Career Fellows Program admits LEDA Career Fellows during their sophomore or junior year in college and prepares them for future leadership roles in their professional pursuits, including a deeper and more targeted focus on career exploration, career readiness, professional development, and career advising.
