The Paramount Rotational Analyst Program is a two-year program designed to develop ambitious, hard-working recent college graduates into future leaders within Paramount’s financial and accounting organization. Beginning summer 2024, the Rotational Analysts will participate in three, eight-month rotations over two years. You will gain cross-divisional/departmental knowledge and the business acumen to prepare for future opportunities across Paramount’s financial functions. Early on, you will assume an active role in an assigned department and will be given projects and tasks related to important aspects of the business. A high level of visibility and exposure to key decision makers will be available, in addition to a formal leadership level mentor to support your individualized growth.
