Since 1960, the DJNF Internship Program has provided nearly 100 college students annually with paid internships at top media companies, advanced hands-on training, and access to industry mentors. Interns receive a weekly salary starting at $525 and can qualify for $1,500 scholarships if they have federal loans.
Interns begin with a one-week training program before starting 10 to 12-week paid internships in one of five areas: Audience Engagement, Business Reporting, Data Journalism, Digital Media, or Multiplatform Editing.
