- Supervise Product & Process Integration
- Work with passive & active Embedding Process
- Oversee Singulation Process
- Manage patent applications

- Excellent and proven personnel management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skill are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
QUALITIFICATIONS:
- In-depth knowledge of relevant Process Technology
- A mature, professional attitude and work ethic
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
