ACE Teaching Fellows forms talented, faith-filled college graduates to renew and transform Catholic schools. Over the course of two summers and two academic years, ACE teachers earn a cost-free Master of Education and eligibility for state licensure. In the summers, ACE teachers spend eight weeks on Notre Dame’s campus taking intensive graduate level coursework. During the academic year, ACE teachers serve as full-time instructional leaders while enrolled in online coursework designed to improve their practice. ACE teachers will often serve their schools in additional ways – through coaching varsity sports, assuming leadership roles within Campus Ministry, and moderating student clubs.
