Horizon Health Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support the Accounts Payable and Finance department. Fast paced, organized, diligent minds need all reply!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will grow with the business, but minimally will include the following:
- Review, code and process 200+ invoices weekly for payment
- Process check requests and expense reimbursements
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Annual 1099 creation and distribution
- Collaboration with team members on annual audit requests
- Assistance with other finance department projects as needed

Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting or High School diploma and 2 years relevant experience.
