DESCRIPTIONKOManage is a multi-faceted startup catering to various aspects of the student housing market. Predominantly a student leasing company, our mission is to "To provide affordable, safe student housing to college students at no cost, and strive to ease landlord stress by providing high quality property management services." We help students, such as yourself, to help find their dream student living, no matter how big or little the group. We provide landlords services such as leasing marketing and signing, managing and maintaining the property, and even cleaning, junk removal, construction, and landscaping/ snow removal. This internship will provide the skill-set and introduction to the world of real estate. No matter your expertise, we are looking to train young, hungry and eager individuals who have the potential to help us be a monopoly in the Binghamton student housing market. RESPONSIBILITIESUtilize marketing budget to reach out to all personal connectionsLearn how to network and gain crucial sociable skills necessary to engage a client’s businessLearn how to utilize social media networks and lead generation platforms to generate businessLearn real estate jargon and the process of leasing/sales Table/flyer on campus Build a portfolio of a landlord/client databaseReport to weekly team meetings to discuss progress of clients and company updatesBrainstorm ideas on how to generate more business through marketingFamiliarize oneself with Microsoft Office SuiteQUALIFICATIONS3.0 Minimum GPA (unofficial transcript is fine)Any major/year Must be available at least 10 hrs/week (4 credits) or 20 hrs/week (8 Credits) through CDCICurrent resume/CVInterest in entrepreneurship and business development.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on a team.
