Responsibilities:
· Master the Use of Clay.com: Learn and leverage all functionalities of Clay.com to automate and optimize the data collection and enrichment processes.
· Build Target Lists: Identify and compile comprehensive lists of target companies and key contacts for our B2B outreach efforts.
· Data Enrichment: Continuously enrich and update the contact information and company profiles in our database using Clay.com and other data sources.
· Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality leads. Incorporate feedback from sales interactions to refine and improve the targeting criteria.
· Analyze and Refine: Use feedback and data insights to constantly improve the accuracy and relevance of the target lists. Develop strategies to better reach and engage potential clients.
· Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on outreach effectiveness, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
· Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all platforms.
Qualifications:
· Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
· Proficiency in using Clay.com or similar data automation tools is highly desirable.
· Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and lead generation tools is a plus.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
