Join NIT’s multi-disciplinary therapy team to help support outstanding outcomes for the patients and residents. With over 50 specialized therapy programs to assist our patients in regaining lost or declining function, developing compensatory skills, and regaining their independence quickly our goal is to ensure our patients reach their maximum level of function. Toward that end, we have equipped our therapy gym with the latest ACP equipment, modalities and have in place over 50+ targeted programs developed to give you a bevy of options for proving therapy to your patients.
You will be supported not only by your fellow clinicians in this facility, but also by your Area Clinical Manager who will collaborate with you on everything from clinical protocols to advancing your skills set through training and certification opportunities. That’s why at NIT, we look for a modest 80% productivity expectation because we believe pushing unrealistic productivities as 90-95% harms both the therapist and the patient.

This opportunity is in the region’s Top Rated Assisted Living Facility (ALF) with a consistent case load of patients in ALF/IL/Memory Care/HH wings. Your caseload will be fluid across these settings.
