The Office of the New York State Comptroller’s Future Forward Internship Academy (FFIA) provides a unique opportunity for diverse, talented students to participate in challenging academic courses, including experiential learning guided by subject matter experts. Applicants may select one of five career tracks:
• Business Analysis
• Governmental Accounting and Management
• Human Resources and Administration
• Project Management
Future Forward Internships take place in our Albany and New York City offices and this past summer we OSC featured the Inaugural Virtual Program of FFIA. The 12-week intensive summer program runs from May 27, 2021 through August 18, 2021 and requires a time commitment of 37.5 hours a week. Successful participants will receive a credit recommendation of up to 13 upper-level college credits towards a baccalaureate degree. Students will also receive a stipend.
