General Description: Performs highly professional level work involving the review and examination of subdivision, residential, and commercial site plans for construction and adherence to specifications and codes.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications: A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent; supplemented by Five (5) years of experience in reviewing civil construction plans, residential site plans, or commercial site plans; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be computer literate. A thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools is required.
Licensure and/or Certifications: Requires a valid driver license at the date of hire and maintain said license while employed in this position.
