Tutor Me Education is hiring Human Resource Interns! We are looking for exceptional and driven individuals who are creative thinkers yet analytical and detail-oriented.
As a HR Intern, you work in conjunction with Tutor Engagement, Customer Care, Account Management, International projects and more! You will be working on projects that require conducting interviews of applicants as well as will be solving problems and finding creative solutions, thinking outside the box, and improving processes.
This is a unpaid internship and can be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Train and work with various departments, learn tasks within these different areas and how they interact with other parts of the business
- Training and job-shadowing within the assigned department to understand workflows and business needs across the company
- Data entry projects
- Present project information of the internship to communicate research, findings, analysis and any recommendations
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- A problem-solving attitude
- Effective, professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
