The Disabled Student Union (DSU) strives for education, advocacy, and community for all Disabled Students. We offer a space to socialize and connect, speak on current disabled issues and news, and advocate for improvements on campus. Any person may join, whether they have a disability (including those with physical, cognitive, chronic, âinvisible or visibleâ, intellectual, learning disabilities, neurodivergence, mental illnesses, etc.), are diagnosed/undiagnosed, and allies are also welcomed.
The Disabled Student Union aims to uplift disabled voices, expand disabled visibility, improve the accessibility of the Binghamton University campus, connect students with on-campus resources like Services for Students with Disability, and educate the community on disability.
