MISSION
Future Business Leaders of America- Phi Beta Lambda hopes to prepare and educate student for careers in business and business-related fields. Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda also wants the members to create strong networks, learn teamwork skills, and build leadership skills through interactive workshops.
GOALS
The goals of Future Business Leaders of America- Phi Beta Lambda are to strengthen the confidence of students in themselves and their work, create more interest in and understanding of American business enterprise, encourage members in the development of individual projects, which contribute to the improvement of business and community, develop character, prepare for useful citizenship, encourage and practice efficient money management, and encourage scholarship. To carry out our objective we will be attending the State Leadership Conference and National Leadership Conference each year. Members will be interacting with peers in the chapter and all around the nation that share a similar goal and interest.
