Minecraft Club is a casual club on campus that hosts regular events in-person weekly, as well as a 24/7 Minecraft server that is available to anyone on and off-campus. Our activities are primarily centered around a variety of minecraft-related games and events, such as mini-games on public multiplayer servers or the club’s personal server. We try our best to incorporate both laid-back and competitive activities to cater to the diverse interests of minecraft players. Members of the club can also easily make new friends and build a community on our personal club server, which primarily runs on a Survival gamemode; members are able to explore, build, and interact as they please.
Minecraft club aims to create an inclusive and comfortable environment for those who want to destress from their academic activities. Minecraft is an extremely popular game, with a player base that ranges from small children to senior citizens, from men to women, and people from all walks of life and orientations. Creating an environment where people can share this interest and meet new people is crucial to us.
