oSTEM (Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is a professional society dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in STEM fields through community building, professional development, mentorship, networking, and advocacy. The organization serves students and professionals across science, technology, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, and research disciplines through collegiate chapters, professional chapters, conferences, leadership opportunities, and career development programming. oSTEM’s mission is to help LGBTQ+ individuals succeed personally, academically, and professionally while fostering more inclusive STEM environments.
