X-Fact’r Step Team, which stands for Xpressionism of African Culture through Rhythm, was founded on April 24, 2001. Since then, we have been educating and entertaining the Binghamton campus and neighboring communities about the art of Africana culture through rhythm, motion, and precision. Over the years, X-Fact’r has made it a goal to drastically impact the Binghamton area. By participating in various community service activities, we have been able to build a strong and lasting relationship with members of the Binghamton community. Through a number of themed banquets, skits, and step performances for multicultural organizations such as the Black Student Union and Thurgood Marshall Pre-Law Society, X-Fact’r continues to meet the needs of students who wish to spread a positive message on the Binghamton University campus.
