Career Spring
CareerSpring is a free career development platform designed to support first-generation and/or low-income college students and recent graduates. The platform provides career exploration resources, professional development tools, networking opportunities, internships and job postings, and one-on-one career advice from a national network of volunteer professionals across a variety of industries. Students can also access career videos, resume and interview guidance, and other resources to support their transition from college to career.

First-generation and/or low-income college students and recent graduates seeking career guidance, professional networking opportunities, internships, or full-time employment. This resource is especially valuable for students looking to build their professional network, connect with experienced professionals, and gain career readiness skills throughout college.

CareerSpring helps students develop the knowledge, skills, and professional connections that can be critical to launching a successful career. Through free access to mentors, career advice, networking opportunities, and curated internships and job postings, students can explore career paths, strengthen application materials, prepare for interviews, and build relationships with professionals who can provide guidance throughout their career journey.
