Out to Innovate is a professional society and global community of LGBTQ+ students and professionals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Formerly known as National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals (NOGLSTP), they provide education, advocacy, professional development, networking, and peer support.
