What is your favorite thing about working at Binghamton University?
My favorite thing is the students that attend Binghamton. I have met so many amazing students over my time working here and have learned so much from all of them.
What was your first internship or job?
My first paid position was picking up pine cones for my dad.
What are you passionate about?
I love reading and watching movies (especially thriller/horror). And spending time with my family (John, Mya, & Morgan).
What is your best piece of career or professional advice?
Don’t feel guilty if you don’t know what you want to do with your life. The most interesting people I know didn’t know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives. Some of the most interesting 40-year-olds I know still don’t. ~ Mary Schmich

What is your favorite thing about working at Binghamton University?
My favorite thing about working at Binghamton University is the students. There is some incredible work being done here, and hearing about all the amazing things our students do is very inspiring. Whether that is research, athletics, or extracurricular activities, it is really cool to see.
What was your first internship or job?
I worked a summer maintenance job at my old school, but my first real job was working at Wegmans, where I worked throughout my undergraduate and graduate programs.
What are you passionate about?
Being a Binghamton native, I try to check out different events and small businesses in the area. There are a lot of great restaurants, pizza places, parks, farmers markets, coffee shops, events, etc. that I don’t think students are aware of.
I also love basketball, cooking, reading, and watching old movies.
What is your best piece of career or professional advice?
Your future self will thank you for the work you put in. Even if it is just 10 minutes, it will pay off down the road. Also try to make a positive impact wherever you go.
