>> So I am Nick [inaudible] I graduated from Penn State in 2014. I work for Thermo Fisher Scientific as a transportation analyst. So basically what I do is kind of like a three-part job. I do a lot of analytics based on carriers we use for certain lanes and that's always changing so that's a big part of my job. And I also do a lot of metric reporting for the company and so we, just week over week, month over month, year over year to see how we're doing as a company. Then I also do a lot of invoices, multiple factions, I mean but basically making sure we're getting paid the right amount at the right time. I work in the headquarters for transportation. And our team is fairly small, so we only have I guess in total 5 other analysts for the company. And we've managed basically like the entire company through U.S. shipments. I mean so, I'm sort of on a flex schedule but I mean you sort of stick to it, like the [inaudible] 8 to 5, 9 to 5 like hours. I mean in my day, I mean it kind of changes on the time of the year too. So right now we're doing a lot of big global changes for routing guide which is what we decide what carriers we want to use for the year and then we put out bids for certain lanes we want to get cheaper rates for. So that's kind of what we're doing right now and then I do a lot of invoicing at the end of the year and then we do weekly and monthly initiatives and kind of as they appear.
