Applications are open for the 2024 Possibilities Summit- A virtual diversity recruiting professional development program that allows participants to gain insight into the firm and its work culture. Sophomores in the program also have the potential to be considered for early-track recruitment!

Applications are open for the 2024 Early Insights Program taking place in person at their New York City, Baltimore, and Alpharetta Offices. Select candidates will have the opportunity to interview for a summer analyst role! This program will, “provide students with a view into all that Morgan Stanley has to offer with employee network groups, diversity roundtables, and workplace culture.”

Each year this firm hosts a Neurodiversity@Deloitte Program which consists of a 3 month long apprenticeship program. Applications open up early next year so be on the lookout for that!

The BofA MBA Diversity Fellowship Program awards merit-based fellowships targeting master’s students coming from underrepresented groups. To be considered you must submit two applications: one to the 2024 Global Investment Banking Summer Associate Program, and one to the Fellowship Program.

Develop with Deutsche Bank is a two-day program offered in November and March that serves as a pipeline for internship opportunities with the firm, offering chances to network with professionals and prepare for the recruitment process. This program is offered for sophomore students!
