There are so many career paths and industries to explore!

Career clusters are groups of similar career paths developed to help you easily explore a variety of career options and organize your search. Career clusters are purposefully not attached to academic majors because majors don’t dictate career paths .

Joining one or more career clusters will help you:

  • Understand that major doesn’t always equal career
  • Expose you to a wide variety of career fields/areas and roles
  • Show you the value of the transferable skills you are gaining both in and outside of the classroom
Career clusters will connect you to people, information, and resources to help you explore interests and opportunities in the career cluster. To receive customized information on a career cluster, sign-in to Career Tools to update your profile and preferences. There are 7 career clusters. Select a career cluster from the dropdown menu in the header to learn more.
