Program Structure: Assignments in our rotational development programs are formally structured, two-to-three-year paid assignments designed to let recent college graduates explore new career opportunities and experiences based on specific functions or disciplines. You can apply to positions in different areas of the company and at various locations throughout the world. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without Abbott sponsorship, be currently enrolled in their final semester completing a major in a related discipline, and possess a willingness to travel and be placed anywhere throughout the United States.
