Our Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP), General Management track provides a unique opportunity for high-potential MBA graduates to develop the skills necessary for careers as a General Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. With the oversight of senior leaders and a dedicated Program Manager, the General Management program enables participants to experience multiple rotation assignments over two years to provide a broad experience in different facets of general management while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders.
