Responsibilities:
- Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
- Design and implement function-driven behavior plans and supervise behavior analytic interventions
- Develop and implement appropriate assessment and intervention methods
- Teach others to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research and design and deliver instruction in behavior analysis.
- Provide ongoing training to caregivers.
- On-going monitoring and evaluation of all behavioral objectives
Language and Social Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, parents, school, medical personnel, and the community.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive communications.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
