PRO ABA is currently seeking Early Intervention Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide early intervention services across Delaware County.

Job Details:
- Part-time position to begin with the potential to build to full-time hours if desired
- Flexibility to build caseloads based on clinician’s preference and client availability
- Early intervention caseload, ages 3-5
- Paid travel time between clients
- Billable indirect time offered

Compensation and Benefits:
- W2 and 1099 Independent Contract positions available
- Competitive compensation based on education and experience

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Must have active PA professional license and/or certification (i.e., PA LBS, BCBA)
- A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
- Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
