The objective of the Binghamton University Mock Trial Association is to introduce students to the proceedings of the judicial system through simulated mock trials and other law related activism.
The Binghamton Mock Trial club strives to:
– Foster students’ interests in law and the judicial system through mock trials and competition
– Create an atmosphere in which students are to enhance their verbal and writing abilities
– Compete at the highest level possible with the goal of attending the American Mock Trial Association National Championship
– Compete with integrity and good sportsmanship at all competitions
