To lead diversity and culture initiatives for students to feel represented, supported, and valued.
In this capacity, the Committee Members and Executive Board Members will lead its own DEI initiatives, collaborate with other student organizations on related efforts, and offer recommendations to the faculty/staff SOM Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee to ensure student contribute their voices to the conversation around diversity and inclusion in SOM.
The collaboration of the DIB’s Student Committee with other student organizations around these issues is an exciting opportunity for students to contribute their voices to the conversation around diversity and inclusion in SOM.
