Our mission is to bring together ideologically diverse Members of Congress and their staff, global leaders, and corporate and trade executives to discuss climate science, economics, and policy.
The Climate Solutions Foundation Congressional Fellowship Program is a one-year program that offers a unique opportunity to individuals early in their careers, and those completing their graduate school education, who are interested in climate policy. Selected fellows are placed in a Republican or Democratic office committed to durable policy solutions to advance the agenda on climate.
Qualifications and Expectations
This program is ideal for early-career professionals with a background in energy, climate, environmental sciences, or related fields who are interested in bipartisan policy. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen. A strong candidate will have an advanced degree in energy, climate science, environmental science, or a relevant field. Applicants with a mix of education and experience working at the intersection of these issues are also welcome to apply. Candidates must be able to translate complex ideas and dense topics into easily understood written and verbal communications and have a desire to work on bipartisan solutions to issues in the energy and climate space. This is an in-person position in Washington, D.C.
