Neurodiversity Career Connector

The Neurodiversity Career Connector is a specialized job search marketplace and digital portal dedicated exclusively to connecting neurodivergent job seekers with neuroinclusive employers. Powered by Disability:IN and built by the member companies of the Neurodiversity @ Work Employer Roundtable, the platform features active listings for full-time positions, part-time jobs, apprenticeships, and internships in the United States. It acts as an intentional marketplace where candidates can express interest in specific positions, interface directly with specialized corporate recruiters, and upload resumes into a secure talent database.

Who should use this resource:

Students, recent graduates, and alumni who identify as neurodivergent—including individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or Tourette syndrome—who are seeking career paths across industries like technology, engineering, data analytics, finance, customer service, and business operations.

Why it’s helpful:

Traditional job boards do not screen employers for their understanding of neurodiversity, often creating structural barriers during the standard interview process. Every organization permitted to post on the Neurodiversity Career Connector is a vetted member of the Employer Roundtable, meaning they must have had an active, dedicated neurodiversity hiring program in place for at least one year. By utilizing this platform, candidates are applying to organizations (such as Microsoft, Google, Dell, EY, and JPMorgan Chase) that have already committed to providing tailored interview formats, built-in workplace accommodations, and specialized job coaching designed to support long-term career growth.
