Reserve an interview room

Students can reserve a room in the Fleishman Career Center’s Interview Suite (located in UU-132, next to the main office in UU-133) for virtual or phone interviews. The Interview Suite provides students with a quiet, distraction-free setting and professional background for interviews. Each room is equipped with wifi, conferencing technology (including a webcam and computer), outlets, and a phone. Students are also welcome to bring their own equipment.

Rooms are available while the office is open (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and can be reserved on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee availability and you will receive an email confirmation when your room is confirmed. You MUST reserve a room in advance to utilize the Interview Suite.
