Forage is a free, self-paced platform that partners with top employers such as Citi, KPMG, EY, JPMorgan, Bloomberg, and many more to offer virtual job simulations that let students experience real workplace tasks and explore fields like finance, consulting, banking, audit, and investment management. Each short simulation helps students build technical and soft skills, earn professional certificates, gain career insights, and strengthen their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, benefits that many participating employers actively value in recruitment. With over five million students worldwide, Forage aims to “democratize access to great careers” by bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience.

Your Forage Dashboard is the home base for everything that you can do on the platform. From here, you are able to:

  • View your enrolled simulations
  • Track your progress
  • Access recommended programs
  • Return to completed tasks and certificates

Job Simulations

Job simulations are virtual experiences that can be completed in under 30 minutes or over 9 hours, depending on the simulation and include:

  • Realistic tasks based on actual entry-level and experienced roles
  • Skill-building execises
  • Insights from employers about their work and expectations
  • A certificate of completion which you can refer to in applications

The Jobs section on this platform highlights opportunities from companies that host simulations. From this menu, you can:
